Perth Vinyl offer Western Australia's FIRST, premium record/vinyl cleaning and record flattening services, using commercial-grade hardware to ensure your records sound as best as they possibly can.
WHY MAINTENANCE AND CARE FOR YOUR RECORDS IS IMPORTANT
Your vinyl records are precious in a lot of ways - they can have sentimental value, they definitely have physical value. But they are also incredibly fragile. Proper care and maintenance will not only keep them sounding great, but it will truly unlock how wonderful they really should sound!
Ultrasonic cleaning is the pinnacle of vinyl record care, maintenance and preservation, but this method comes at an extreme financial cost - most professional ultrasonic cleaning machines geared specifically for the vinyl market are extremely cost-prohibitive to purchase. However the results are irrefutable, residues from original factory pressings, old and new alike, that reside in the grooves of your records, are removed. In most cases, it is these residues can can ruin the listening experience by revealing themselves as ticks, pops and other noise. Even the inner sleeves typically supplied with records are badly manufactured, resulting in dust, lint and static build up. Paper sleeves can degrade, becoming rough and scratchy, outgassing from the glues used can fog the record surface, as well as serious scuffing and warping from wrinkles and creases in the paper.

“Really great job with the (warped) records. Even the double LP that only needed cleaning sounds excellent. Would recommend to all my vinyl playing mates. Cheers! ”

"Fantastic friendly service and professional in every way. I was very happy with the audible difference in my records (new and old) after the two step cleaning process. The difference made to the sound of a number of my records from an ultrasonic clean was noticeable - a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommended"

"Wow - I didn't think a clean would actually get rid of most of the clicks and pops. Abraxas album used to sound like it had a sock over the speakers, it sounded like everything was in the background but not anymore! 'Money' on Dark Side of the Moon has some sibilance but that has completely gone. Everything I play seems to be louder and have a bigger sound stage."

"Mark, before your cleaning, my copy of Pink Floyd's "Endless River" should have been called "Endless Crackles and Pops"! It is now an album I can enjoy and not just one for the shelf"
